I joined Jenny’s Pilates course 8 weeks after having my first baby and I am so glad that I did.

Jenny’s classes are relaxed and very baby friendly. She offers a range of different exercises to suit everyone’s needs and gets the right balance, ensuring you feel challenged whilst still exercising safely.

I feel stronger and more confident in my own body and the sessions have massively aided my postnatal recovery.

I am now half way through my second 6 weeks course with Jenny and still really enjoying it!

Donna Anderson

SUTTON

I started my Pilates journey with Jenny after having my twins.  I felt my core was poor and needed to feel like my old self again.

Jenny was able to help build my confidence and teach in a way I’ve never experienced. It wasn’t long before I started to gain confidence and feel the difference.

Thank you x

Jennifer is an incredibly supportive and welcoming instructor.

Her classes were both fun and challenging - offering me the chance to safely explore exercises that I then carried on throughout my pregnancy. I felt strong and motivated after every session.

Her class was the highlight of my 2nd trimester and I only wished we could have continued until my due date!

Attending Jennifer's pilates class was the best thing I did for myself after having my second baby.

Loved how the exercises had different levels of difficulty, which allowed me to do what feels best for my body and slowly build my confidence back.

I learned so much about core and pelvic floor strengthening techniques in a fun environment where I could bring my 6 month baby and feel comfortable.

Thank you, looking forward to start classes again in the New Year.

I completed Jenny's recent course and really enjoyed it!

Jenny is such a great teacher and v focussed. I've got severe diastasis recti and hernia and in just 5 short weeks have noticed an improvement in the functioning of my core.

I did a prenatal Pilates course with Jennifer and would highly recommend her as a teacher.

It was so invaluable to have a qualified women’s health physio leading the class. I loved that it covered explanations of your anatomy during labour so you could fully appreciate how the movements would prep your body for giving birth.

I asked Jennifer lots of detailed questions and she always had clear and reassuring answers.

It definitely made me feel more confident going into my second birth. I

wish this course was closer to my area as I wouldn’t hesitate to join it!

I joined Jenny's pilates class 6 months after having a baby. It was quite a while since I'd done any exercise and I was feeling nervous about joining.

Jenny instantly made me feel at ease with her calming nature.  She incorporated different levels of difficulty in every exercise so I felt comfortable during the whole class.

I would definitely recommend her classes for a fun and inclusive experience!

Jenna Hartley-Smith

I can’t recommend Jenny’s Pilates classes highly enough.

The combination of her Pilates instruction with her physiotherapy background and personal mum experience mean she really gets it.

She was swift to tailor the practice with adjustments and progressions for individuals and I felt stronger and in more control of my body following the 6 week postnatal course.
